Race Details

8 Hours of Hell was the first series of it’s kind in Southwest Florida and we are bringing this great race series back. For 2024 we are bringing back one of the races. In 2025 we will bring back the full slate of events in the series. More information will be released about the 2025 series at the August 24th 2024 race, make sure you are there!

This race will be hosted in Charlotte County, Florida at Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park and will be on a very flat and fast certified 5K course. The race will begin at 10am and your last last must be completed by 6pm. If you finish your last lap after 6:00pm it wont count for your finishing time and your official time will be listed as 8 hours on course.

Race swag for this race will include a custom car seat cover to keep your vehicle clean for all those hot and sweaty summer training runs.

There is a large parking lot along the course for canopy style tents, there are NO campers, canopy tents with side walls or camping tents of any kind allowed at this facility by the Parks and Recreation Department. If you utilize a camper, canopy tent with side walls or camping tent during the event, race staff will ask once for you to take it down, if it isn’t taken down you will be disqualified from the event and your results will be displayed as DNF.

Awards

We will be awarding the top three overall male and female finishers. The top finishers will be determined by the participants with the most completed laps in fastest time under the 8 hour cutoff.
